How is this different from the municipalities page?

Same platform, different use case. The municipalities page focuses on government-funded voucher programs. This page is for operators who manage their own permanent drop-off locations — no municipal contract required.

Can each location have different rules and hours?

Yes. Each program and location has its own operating hours, accepted materials, pricing rules, registration settings, and capacity limits. Changes at one site don't affect others.

What payment methods are supported?

Stripe card terminals, cash, check, and split payments. Pricing rules, tax calculations, discounts, and receipts are all built in. No separate POS system needed.

Do we need registration, or can we do walk-ins?

Both. You can require pre-registration with appointments, allow walk-ins only, or support a mix. Configure it per location or program to match how each site operates.

How does the signature system work?

After building the cart, the customer signs on the device screen. The signature is timestamped, tied to the specific cart and materials, and stored with a full audit trail. Signature reports can be pulled for any date range or location.

How quickly can we roll this out?
